Lancaster’s understands that moving a business is a time of key change for staff, management and customers alike. Managing that change efficiently is Lancaster’s commitment to our clients.

A successful relocation is as much about planning and preparation as it is about the execution of the move. At Lancaster’s we prepare a pre move report plan with schedule and full health and safety and risk assessment. This is then discussed and where necessary refined in consultation you our client. All moves are co-ordinated by a dedicated move manager who is the client’s point of contact throughout the process.

At Lancaster’s our goal is to provide our customers with the complete office relocation service while minimising disruption and downtime to our clients business.

Relocating Technology

Technology is such a fundamental element to all businesses that we have dedicated and specialist staff to manage and carry out the movement of all aspects of our clients IT.

All moves are planned in advance with our clients IT representative to minimise disruption, and allow our clients to continue to focus on the continued operation of their core business.

Once the move is complete, and in conjunction with our client, Lancaster’s will conduct a full review of the move incorporating a thorough snagging process. This ensures our client a smooth reinstallation of all technology.
